HOPE Hour: Signs and Cereal

Join BYUH HOPE Squad for "Signs and Cereal," a fun hour dedicated to spreading self-care awareness across campus! Students will design awesome self-care posters to put up in the hales. Afterwards, participants will meet back up to chill, socialize, and build the ultimate bowl at the fully loaded cereal bar. Come get creative, share some good vibes, and eat plenty of cereal.
